I was born and raised in Katy, TX and I attended Wolfe Elementary School and Mayde Creek Junior High. I graduated high school in 1990 from Mayde Creek High School. I then attended Tarleton State University, where I attained my B.A in 1994 and my MBA in 1999.  

Currently, I reside in Katy with my wife Lisa and our two children Cameron, 7, and Kylie, 5. 

I have coached and sponsored four seasons of Katy Pony Baseball from T-ball to coach pitch. 

As a CAT team member at Robert E. King Elementary, PTA business member and active volunteer within the school, I have witnessed first hand what great schools Katy ISD has to offer. 

I am also an active member of Grace Fellowship UMC, and can be seen ushering the early service most Sunday mornings or playing softball with the mens group on Monday nights. 

My wife Lisa is also a Mayde Creek graduate. She attended Tarleton State University and received her B.S. in Elementary Education in 1996. After teaching in Katy ISD for several years she now finds being a stay at home mom both challenging and rewarding. She also volunteers at Robert E. King Elementary, serving on the PTA board as the V.P. of Finance for the 2006-2007 school year and Parliamentarian for the 2007-2008 school year. 

My oldest child, Cameron, is a 2nd grader at Robert E. King Elementary where he plays violin and excels at math. He loves recess and P.E. He can be found playing catcher for the A's at KPB Pinto League. In June, he will be starting his first year of Katy Youth Football Pee Wee Tackle for the Vikings. Cameron also loves to ride his 4-wheeler, swim, play outside and tag along on my golf outings. Right now he wants to follow in my footsteps and be a Real Estate Agent when he grows up. 

My little girl, Kylie, is a Kindergartner at Robert E. King Elementary. She excels at Reading and loves everything about school. She is currently a ballerina at Juleigh Holley's School of Dance. She can be seen twirling and dancing everywhere she goes. In June, Kylie will be cheering her older brother on as a cheerleader for the Vikings. Kylie enjoys swimming, riding the 4-wheeler with her brother, reading, doing puzzles and playing quietly with her dolls. Kylie would like to be an Equine Veterinarian or a Ballerina when she grows up.
